Coconut Husk Chips

Graded structure for air and drainage.

Husk chips are cut from whole coconut husk and screen-graded to 1–3 cm, giving substrate blends the air-filled porosity and drainage that fine pith alone cannot provide. They resist compaction across multi-year crop cycles, which is why chip fractions dominate long-cycle crops like orchids and berries.

Chips are supplied unwashed by default and washed on request, compressed into blocks for economical freight or loose where the buyer's process requires it. Grading consistency is checked per lot — a chip fraction is only useful if the size band actually holds.
